About Erika
Erika brings a unique cross-cultural perspective to healing practices. Raised in Asia with traditional Chinese medicine as her first healthcare experience, Erika witnessed firsthand how acupressure, acupuncture, moxa, cupping therapy, and herbal remedies could effectively treat illness.
Her journey continued in India, where she discovered yoga’s holistic approach to healing. With formal education in psychology and social psychology complementing her extensive studies in Eastern healing traditions, Erika bridges ancient wisdom with modern understanding.
As a dedicated Fascia Researcher, Erika has extensively studied the effects of acupuncture in cancer and arthritis patients, observing the profound connections between Eastern medical approaches and fascial health. Her longstanding membership with the Fascia Research Society has allowed her to contribute to and remain at the forefront of emerging research in this critical field of study.
Erika is passionate about sharing her conviction that Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Fascia Research, and Psychology are all powerful frameworks explaining the same thing—THE HUMAN EXPERIENCE.
