What to Expect
We will discuss how to move best suited to your ability. We will take time to reflect on what to let go or cherish. If you like to take notes, bring paper and pen as reflecting on this practice over the years is fun.
Sun Salutation
We will move through the 108 sun salutations together as a group. You will not be bothered with keeping count, so you can relax into your topic and movement. Mindful Meditation: After the practice, we will slow down in our movement and I will guide you through a soothing meditation to equip you with strength for the new year.
Community Connection
Stay for a bit after the practice for community time with your fellow 108 yogis, exchange your experiences and/or take some reflective time to journal a bit over tea.
Our tips
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and a small towel in case you sweat easily on your hands or neck.
Consider staying for the mantra circle 30 minutes after the 108 sun salutations, where we will dive into vibration and sound. In case you want to stay for that, bring an extra set of dry clothes to feel cozy. You will have enough time to change.
