This 6-day workshop offers a holistic approach to Stress Relief by combining Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupressure, Yoga and the Science of Stress in Western Medicine. Each day focuses on different stress patterns in the body, targeting the San Jiao (Triple Burner), the Spine, and stress specific to Performance or Professional Athletes and Desk Workers.
Participants will explore acupressure points, meridians, and yoga practices tailored for deep relaxation and tension release.
Sessions can be booked individually or as a complete course for a comprehensive understanding of stress management and long-term resilience. Perfect for those seeking to balance body, mind, and energy.
This is a 40-hour Manas Yoga School of Yoga continuing education course and is registered as a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education. This allows graduates to use the hours as their YACEP hours.
