Are you ready to take your Ashtanga practice to another level?
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a traditional form of Yoga with a fixed sequence. Over the weekend, we will take a closer look at the postures, the so-called Asanas. It’s about understanding the poses, what effects they may have on the body and the mind, and how to enter and exit an asana in a way that fits the individual body.
You will learn about the main tools of the Yoga practice, the Drishti (gazing points), the Bandhas (lit. lock), and the Breath, how they work, and how to implement them into your practice.
As a special treat, at the end of the workshop, you can lay down in your savasana and enjoy a beautiful sound bath to calm your mind, relax your nervous system and just rest!
