The use of personal data by Manas Yoga is governed by the applicable legal provisions and the consent given by the user for the use of his/her data.
Various services and products in the field of Yoga, Pilates, Capoeira, and Functional Movement (collectively the “Studio Offer”) can be booked, reserved or purchased through Manas Yoga. The Studio Offer is provided by Manas Yoga in its own distribution. The subject matter of the contract is the use of Manas Yoga’s services (the “Service”), more specifically: Yoga, Pilates, Capoeira and Functional movement classes, workshops, training and other events. The use of Manas Yoga’s services is made by customers or users.
Manas Yoga is aware that the protection and careful handling of the User’s personal data is very important. As Manas Yoga gives great importance to data protection, Manas Yoga strictly adheres to the legal provisions applicable in Austria (DSGVO, DSG and Telekommunikationsgesetz TKG) when using this data.
The user is encouraged to visit Manas Yoga’s General Terms and Conditions (GTC) regarding the subject matter of the contract, the user’s obligations, limitations of liability and numerous other important information on Manas Yoga’s website under the domain (www.manas-yoga.studio).
COLLECTION OF DATA
Manas Yoga collects and stores any information that the User provides on the Eversports Platform (“Eversports”) and that is submitted to Manas Yoga in the course of an online booking or that the User provides to Manas Yoga in any other way, for example on site. Manas Yoga uses the user’s personal data to the extent permitted by law and otherwise only with the user’s consent. Insofar as the consent is declared electronically within the scope of an online booking via Eversports, Eversports shall take into account the legal obligations to provide information and shall record this consent by means of suitable technical systems.
Manas Yoga uses the following personal data of the user:
- Name (first and last name)
- Email address
- Address
- Telephone number
- Date of birth
- Partially: Account number (to process direct debits for membership contracts) and partially IP address (“cookies”: are processed automatically – e.g. by Google Analytics – and are not associated with the user profile on Eversports).
PURPOSE OF DATA USE
We process your data as part of the performance of the contract for the following purposes:
- Making reservations and storing open products
- Creation of invoices
- Creation of a booking history
- Information about current schedule changes and innovations in the Manas Yoga offer (newsletter).
- Web analysis
- Processing of inquiries
- Customer communication
- Evaluations
You can revoke your consent to these data processing activities. A revocation has the consequence that we will no longer process your data for the above-mentioned purposes from that point on. It should be noted that the services of Manas Yoga can no longer be used in the event of a revocation and a deletion of the user profile must be carried out in compliance with legal requirements. If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we process your data to send you our newsletter based on your consent. You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time directly via the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the newsletter email or by email to: office@manas-yoga.studio
We store your data for the duration of the contractual relationship. Data that are on an invoice or are necessary for invoicing are stored longer due to the legal retention period. After expiry of the retention period, this data will also be deleted. Name and date of birth will be kept longer to establish identity and to check whether a new customer offer has already been taken up.
DATA SECURITY
Personal data is stored in a closed system (Eversports) and protected with a password for data security reasons.

If Manas Yoga becomes aware that data of the user has been systematically and seriously used unlawfully and the user is threatened with damage as a result, Manas Yoga will inform the user immediately.
Manas Yoga’s website (www.manas-yoga.studio) contains links to other services or websites. Manas Yoga is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices of other websites. If the user follows the link to another website, the user is solely responsible for familiarizing himself/herself with the privacy policy of that other website. Manas Yoga’s privacy policy is limited only to information processed by Manas Yoga.

USE OF COOKIES
In order to make visiting our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called cookies on various pages. The user acknowledges that the personal data mentioned above will be used for the purposes also listed.
