What is this about?

This special and unique apprenticeship program offers newly trained yoga teachers the opportunity to gain new teaching experience and receive the necessary support to begin this journey. The program offers personal one-on-one coaching, as well as the chance to teach community classes in Manas Yoga under the supervision of your coach.

This coaching guarantees a continuous high standard of future yoga teachings, thus preserving the integrity of the teachers and of the ancient knowledge of Yoga.

And this is exactly where Erika comes in. We start the journey as a yoga teacher together with you and support you in your start phase.

- You know how you want to position yourself in the yoga market and what marketing tools will help you market yourself successfully
